Delivery Information

At Titliaspace, every order is packed discreetly and shipped with care.

1. Discreet packaging

All orders are sent in plain, unmarked packaging. The outside of the parcel will not mention Titliaspace or the product category.

2. Where we deliver

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

3. Processing time

Orders are normally processed within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM, at weekends or on UK bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Delivery time

UK standard delivery usually takes 5-7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, bank holidays or circumstances outside our control.

Unless we agree on a different delivery time with you, your order will be delivered within 30 days of your order confirmation.

5. Delivery cost

Delivery costs, if any, will be shown clearly at checkout before you place your order.

6. Tracking your order

When your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

If you have not received a dispatch confirmation within 3 business days, please contact support@titliaspace.com with your order number.

7. Delivery issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please:

  • Check your tracking information
  • Check with neighbours or your local delivery office
  • Contact us at support@titliaspace.com with your order number

We will investigate the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.

8. Failed deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may leave instructions for collection or re-delivery. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional delivery charges may apply if the address provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete.

9. Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit, please contact support@titliaspace.com as soon as possible and include your order number and photos of any damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
