Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes. All product images on our website show the exact item you will receive. We photograph our products carefully to represent colours, size and finish as accurately as possible. If you have any concerns after receiving your order, please contact us at support@titliaspace.com.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Your order confirmation email serves as your receipt and is sent automatically after purchase. You can also view your order history by logging into your account at titliaspace.com/my-account.

How can I return an item?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. To start a return, email us at support@titliaspace.com with your order number. For hygiene reasons, opened intimate wellness products cannot be returned unless faulty. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

We do our best to restock popular items. If a product you love is out of stock, sign up for our newsletter, and we will notify you as soon as it becomes available again.

Where can I ship my order?

We currently ship within the UK only. We are working on expanding to international destinations — sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know.
