Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with Titliaspace. This policy explains your cancellation, return and refund rights.

1. Your right to cancel

If you buy from us online, you normally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To cancel, email support@titliaspace.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, name and email address used at checkout.

After telling us you want to cancel, you then have another 14 days to return the goods to us.

2. Hygiene and intimate wellness products

For health and hygiene reasons, sealed intimate wellness products cannot be returned once they have been opened, unsealed or used, unless they are faulty, damaged or not as described.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the item must be:

  • Unused
  • Unopened and still sealed
  • In its original packaging
  • Returned with proof of purchase

This does not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

3. How to start a return

Email support@titliaspace.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item you want to return
  • The reason for return
  • Photos, if the item is faulty or damaged

We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send items back before we have confirmed the return instructions.

4. Return shipping costs

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we will cover reasonable return postage or provide another suitable return method.

We recommend using a tracked service, as you are responsible for the goods until they reach us.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will tell you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.

Where you cancel an order under your statutory cancellation rights, we will refund the product price and the standard delivery cost you paid, if any. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we will only refund the equivalent standard delivery cost.

We may reduce the refund if the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect them, or if they are returned damaged or incomplete.

6. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item is faulty, damaged on arrival or not what you ordered, contact support@titliaspace.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos.

Depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement, repair, refund or another solution in line with your legal rights.

7. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original item where eligible and place a new order.
