RETURNS & GUARANTEE

Due to the intimate and personal nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns once items have been opened or used. This policy ensures that every customer receives products that are brand new, unused, and handled with care.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused
- The item remains sealed in its original packaging
- The product is in a resaleable condition
Once a return is approved, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Any opened or unsealed intimate products
- Personal care items that have been used or tested
- Items not in their original condition or packaging
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate, at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
