1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We strive to offer competitive and transparent shipping options.

- Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier issues beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
You can track your order directly on our website or via the carrier’s official tracking portal.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Titliaspace is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs duties, we will not be able to refund the original shipping costs, and a restocking fee may apply.
5. Damages and Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging your items. However, Titliaspace is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please contact the carrier and our support team at support@titliaspace.com within 3 days so we can assist you in investigating the issue.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment cost. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
